Who do we Sell our Fabrics to?
At Josery we sell our fabrics directly to our customers - whether the customer is large or small. This website, and its online shop, is aimed at the individual and smaller trade user who buys fabric by the metre, rather than the roll.
If you are an industrial user and wish to purchase fabric by the roll, or if you want special shades or dyelots (minimum quantities apply), please contact us for further details.
Most UK deliveries are made by Parcelforce who collect from us at about 3pm Monday to Friday. Please allow time for us to cut and package your order if it is required urgently. Ordering in the morning will usually guarantee same day despatch.
Open width fabrics in part or full rolls cannot be sent by Parcelforce. We can send them to most areas of the UK via another carrier, but it is more expensive. Short lengths off the roll can be sent via Parcelforce at the normal delivery charge.
Due to the variable weight of every order and the variation in delivery charges for different destinations, we will need to quote you a delivery charge based on the exact order you wish to place. You can use the links on the shopping cart and checkout pages to do this; or if you prefer, contact us by email.
